Hi, I’m Belinda Weaver.
You know me from the Copywriting Masters Class.
I’m not a fly-by-night-written-a-few-emails-and-decided-to-teach kind of copywriter. I’ve been writing copy for 10+ years, full time as a successful and in-demand freelance copywriter for nine of those years.
I’ve worked with hundreds (and hundreds) of clients of all sizes in all kinds of industries – from software products, insurance and financial planning to holiday packages, women’s shoes and plumbing. That doesn’t even scratch the surface!

This is the only current paid group I’m part of but I’ve tried other paid groups and nothing has felt quite as open or supportive as CC. I constantly refer to CC materials-both the FB group and the resources on the website-and I can say with total certainty that both have helped my business thrive.
This group is brimming with content from quick tips and tricks to tactical templates and trainings that are extremely valuable and effective. This group has a true “come as you are” feel to it, which, especially in these times, has been one of the most comforting places to turn to for support-and a good laugh.

I feel I can add value by sharing what I know and helping others. We’re a true community of equals, with different skills and levels of experience. I never feel my ‘lack’ of skills or experience as a failure on my part, just as a ‘there’s an area I should explore’.
You know this connection you sometimes have with someone from the start, that ‘click’, the one you can’t explain but is just there – or isn’t? That’s how I’ve felt from day one in this community. That I’m in the right place.
This group is so relevant. 
Most everything applies to who you were, who you are now or who you’re going to be as a copywriter. And Belinda has created a space where you are supported to move forward at your own pace in your own way, without judgement. It’s pressure-free yet inspiration-rich!!!
There is no “my way or the highway” attitude or pressure to reach X by X. I am someone who has to embody the vision fully in my head before I act. This space allows me to do that. That’s why it’s the only course I’ve actually implemented in my business out of all the programs I’ve signed up for overtime. 
Echoing what everyone has said above–The biggest selling point for me is that I never feel like someone will jump down my throat if I say the wrong thing or if I’m inadvertently making a freelancing faux pas like undercharging or taking a job through a content mill. People respond with perspective and kindness rather than defensiveness, which means we feel safe asking the “dumb” questions. Also, the group is REALLY active. Posts get multiple thoughtful responses very quickly.
The trainings and group calls are awesome ways to get nuanced and personal advice that you really wouldn’t get anywhere else. Every time you respond to my questions, I’m dumbfounded that the solution is so elegant and simple and that it had not in the least occurred to me before.
Okay, final thing–it’s been a surprising positive that this group is fairly international. Just makes for a more balanced conversation, I think.
I think you already have something from me, but if not: although I’m not a copywriter in the ‘advertising’ sense of the word, this is the ONLY paid group I’m in, now. Why? Because EVERY bit of training is spot on and can be used in my business right. now. (or be safely squirreled away in an archive). The training and other team members are real, too. Nothing is pretentious from Belinda’s side of it, and we all feel comfortable asking for help.
I love best is the peace of mind I have by being here. I don’t always spend a lot of time in here but just knowing that I can dip in as I need and that there’s a group of awesome copywriters that has my back, along with an incredible amount of resources on the site, is enough to keep me onboard. It’s like when you don’t spend a lot of time with family but ‘know’ they’re there when you need, just like you are for them. Bit fluffy and long-winded but hope that makes sense.
